I understand that my document(s) will print as it appears in the final approval proof and that I cannot make any changes without additional cost and possible delay. I also understand that colors seen on my screen may vary slightly to the actual printed pieces due to differences in pixels vs. ink and screens vs. paper. Every attempt is made to clearly represent the printed color but sometimes slight variations occur.

I have verified the LAYOUT, SPELLING, and CONTENT on EACH piece (Main Invite, Inserts, RSVP, Ceremony Program, Return Addresses, etc. when applicable) and they are correct. I checked DATES, ADDRESSES, NAMES, EVERYTHING. I assume all responsibility for typographical errors if they are found after this point and accept all financial obligations if a reprint is requested by me.

If applicable, I understand that my balance is now due before my project will be sent to print, and late payments that result in a late delivery are my responsibility.

If applicable, when my invitations are individually mailed, I understand that the United State Postal Service is responsible for handling/delivering my items, and Cordial Punch Press cannot control how slow/fast/immaculate/destructive delivery will be. USPS reserves the right to quote postage rates at their discretion, and I understand that Cordial Punch Press has attempted to quote my postage rate as accurately as possible.

I understand that if I opted OUT of assembled invitations, my items will be delivered carefully wrapped in separate stacks and the purchase of tape/adhesives is my responsibility.

I understand that I can print or take a screenshot of this form for my own records and CPP will keep a copy as well.
