Sitting down with this bride for our first design meeting, I knew this custom wedding invitation suite was going to be bright, bold, and a little unexpected. She described the decor and the florals, and how she wanted both Gold AND Silver to be incorporated, as well as Burgundy or other jewel tones. She was up for something unique and peppy but still classy. After about six original design proofs, she and her fiancé Tim decided on this combination of Watercolor Flowers, Metallic Gold accents, and thick modern calligraphy.
The Main Invitation Card is printed on thick, shimmer stock and mounted to a matching Burgundy Panel Pocket. The coordinating inserts are tucked inside the pocket; a custom Map Card, Details Card, and RSVP Card with Metallic Silver Envelope. The suite fits perfectly inside Snow White envelopes, with custom printed mailing and return addresses. A Watercolor Peony is printed with the mailing address to pull it all together.
I also designed a Signature Cocktail Menu (the Shark Bite was a custom concoction for the shark-loving bride!), 'Oh Snap!' Social Media Sign, and a 24x36" Seating Chart for display at their reception.
