SHIPPING POLICY
Most items from the Shop have a turnaround of 1-2 weeks (10 business days) due to the personalization. Custom orders will have varying turnaround times based on the specific project. Shipping defaults to USPS Priority, with an option to upgrade Overnight. However due to the hardship that USPS is facing as of 2025, shipping may be opted to UPS or FedEx, to avoid delays. Shipping rates are based on weight and if applicable, large size.
RETURN + REFUND POLICY
I’m a human and mistakes are always possible but never intentional. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please let me know. If there was a mistake made on my part without approval from the customer, I will correct it at no charge to you, offering either a full refund or a reprint. However if there’s a mistake and the customer approved it, I cannot reprint the order for free or offer a refund. Regular charges will apply to recreate the order. Again, if the customer approves the order with a mistake there is no refund. If the error was my fault and unbeknownst to the customer, I’ll make it right. If it was approved by the customer, the responsibility lies with them.
For any custom order that required the Proof Approval Form, refunds are never possible due to the items having zero value to anyone else making the resale is impossible. There is additional information on that form, and if it applies to your order, you’ll receive the link and your order will not proceed without it.
